Using the site
The site is for information about our engineering approval services and for sending us enquiries. You may not use it for anything unlawful, try to breach or test its security, scrape or copy it with automated tools, or send spam or false details through the forms. Misuse of this kind can also be an offence under Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Countering Rumours and Cybercrimes.
Estimates and the cost calculator
Prices on this site, including the cost calculator results, are indicative AED ranges. They are not an offer and do not bind either side.
A project contract exists only when both sides sign or accept a written proposal. Acceptance can be electronic, as Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services allows.
Project work and authority decisions
Scope, deliverables, timeline, price and any other commitment for a project are set out in the signed project agreement. If that agreement and these terms differ, the project agreement applies.
Approvals, permits and NOCs are issued by the relevant authority. No engineering consultancy can guarantee a government authority's decision; authority fees and processing times are set by each authority.
Intellectual property
The text, images, maps and design of this site belong to Dubai Engineering Approvals and the Al Mujassam network, or are used with permission, and are protected by Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights. You may view and share pages for your own use, but not copy or republish the content without our written permission.
Rights in drawings, documents and other project deliverables follow the project agreement. Map data on this site is from OpenStreetMap and is credited to OpenStreetMap contributors under its own licence.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as almujassam.ae and OpenStreetMap. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Liability
The site is provided for general information, as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it is always complete, current or free of interruption, and you should not rely on it alone for project decisions.
To the extent UAE law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site itself. Our liability for project work is set by the project agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that UAE law does not allow to be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or harm to persons. Under Federal Decree-Law No. 25 of 2025 (Civil Transactions Law) a court may also adjust terms it finds unfair, and these terms are meant to be read in that light.

Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by UAE federal law as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one and applies from the date below.
